Sue Palmer

Sue Palmer is the vision behind the Ethical Horsemanship Association. The EHA was conceived by Sue as a safe place for people to develop their relationship with their horses in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Sue has worked in the horse industry for over 25 years. In that time she has been witness to both the good and the bad aspects of horsemanship. With her innate desire to expand her knowledge, Sue has trained as an ACPAT Chartered Physiotherapist, a BHSAI (BHS CCH), and an equine behaviourist (Intelligent Horsemanship Recommended Associate and holder of the Monty Roberts Preliminary Certificate in Horsemanship). She uses this unique collection of qualifications to bring together all the elements of understanding your horse. Sue has written extensively on the subject of the brain, pain, or training, and the EHA is a natural extension of her work. Sue believes passionately in encouraging people to improve their relationship with their horse. From those who simply want to lead their horse safely down the road to those who wish to excel in the competition environment, the EHA is for everyone.
